My career started in retail management — In’s Mercato, Aldi, Terranova. I learned operations the hard way: managing inventory, scheduling shifts, coaching teams, explaining to the regional manager why we missed target. It was the best possible training for delivery management, even if I didn’t know it yet.

Then Accenture. I built enterprise applications (SAP UI5, JavaScript) and automated processes that had been manual for years: +30% efficiency, -15% administrative errors, -20% response times. It was the first time I saw that the right process beats raw talent — every time.

At Esse Solutions I managed a €500K portfolio of digital projects, coordinating distributed teams of 8-12 across B2B eCommerce (Magento, Shopware) and PIM/DAM (Pimcore). I introduced structured Agile where there was none: productivity went up 25%, time-to-market dropped 40%, completion times shrank 20%.

At Ciao Elsa I was Head of Operations for 8 weeks — by design. The startup needed an operations function from scratch: processes, KPIs, team structure, governance. I built it, handed it over, and left. A short engagement that proved the approach works even at startup speed.

I'm currently in transition — my Ciao Elsa engagement has concluded and I'm open to new opportunities. I bring a strong track record: operational architectures built in both enterprise and startup environments, PMP® certification, and the conviction that the right process beats raw talent — every time. In the meantime, I build tools (ShipKit, VulnClaw) because you can't design good systems if you've never built anything.
